Labels

Chat room headline: in accord with the web page’s headline
Label for the statement box: during use, the label for the box where statements can be inserted.

Broadcasting

Sponsors’ broadcast: Sponsors’ advertisements
System broadcast: broadcasts that greet you when you come to Sina and Woocall
User broadcast: Commenting and giving feedback is easy for all types of internet users.

Records and History

Chat room record: after the user enters the chat room, all that has occurred since.
History: upon entering a chat room, the user will be able to see prior users’ statements, thus engaging the new user in conversation easily.

State of the user

Active: upon entering a chat room, the user continuously comments.
Silent: upon entering a chat room, the user goes long periods without commenting.
Exiting: users who are in the process of exiting the chat room.
Blocked: users who are blocked by other users.

Kicked out

Users who constantly spam in the chat room will be kicked out by the system.
