Note: Please read this Code of Conduct carefully, by using Sina Woocall, you are indicating that you accept the following terms of use and accept to be bound by them.

1. Property Rights
1.1 Woocall is a product of Sina, all of the application, and information related to woocall that includes but is not limited to: software, font, sound, images, format, color scheme are protected by the copyright laws of the People’s Republic of China and international copyright laws.
1.2 Without the written consent of Sina, individuals may not use, plagiarize, copy, change, alter any of the product’s content, or produce derivatives of this product.

2. Service Summary
2.1 Sina will provide the services of woocall through the World Wide Web free of charge.  The equipment necessary for this service (includes computers, modem and any equipment related with accessing the Internet) and all the related costs (includes fees paid to access the Internet through telephone line or broadband) are to be provided by the user.
2.2 Sina holds the rights to offer the services of woocall for business ventures and related gains.
2.3 Sina woocall’s service is provided based on the realistic circumstances of Sina.  Sina holds the right to alter or terminate part or all of the woocall service.

3. Terms of Use (Users)
3.1 During user’s period of use of woocall, he must agree to the following terms.
• Follow related laws of the People’s Republic of China.
• Not use woocall for illegal intentions.
• Follow agreeable Internet etiquette, including all common courtesy and procedures.
• Not use woocall for anything that might endanger the welfare of the Internet and the Internet community.
• While on woocall, not exhibit disturbing, malicious, belligerent behaviors, or participate in any illegal actions.
• Not use woocall for anything that might endanger the welfare of Sina.
• Because of unfavorable circumstances, Sina does not guarantee the quality of service.  During users’ time on woocall, because of problems with Internet connections, Javascript coding and other problems, we do not guarantee that woocall will function normally every time.
• Every user has the right to block any other user.  Since there are no admins in the chat rooms, when there is conflict between users, one can block the other.
• Users are not allowed to use the same nickname in one chatting room. If one user use a nickname, others could not use this nickname in the same room unless that user left.
3.2 If user break any terms of use, Sina or the agency authoritied by Sina have the right to ask user correct or take all necessary measures (including but not limited to block words, kick off, ban IP, submit information to government) in order to lighten the bad effect.

4. Terms of Use (Business Partners)
4.1 Agreement explanation
4.1.1 Business partners: working with Sina, install woocall on their respective websites and off woocall’s services.
4.2 Sina and its business partners are in the process of discussing the rights of woocall.
4.2.1 Deployment
Partners may implement woocall as part of their website, woocall is Sina’s online web site aid.
4.2.2 Debuging
During the process of implementing woocall and after the process is done, if there are any technical problems Sina will try to find and solve the problem, but does not promise success or immediate help.
4.2.3 Advertising publishment
Sina holds the right to offer commercial services with woocall, which includes but is not limited to advertising, and acquire financial gains through woocall.
4.2.4 Monitoring
While woocall is being operated, Sina has the right to monitor the service in order to ensure its quality.  But, for the woocall services used on other websites, Sina does not monitor them, instead it is the partners’ responsibility to monitor their own woocall applications.
4.2.5 Service device
The woocall application is provided by Sina, all other equipment outside of the application must be provided by the users.

5. Risks and responsibility
5.1 Any risks that may occur in the process of using woocall are solely the responsibilities of the users.  Sina does not take any responsibility for any user.
5.2 Users must understand the risks involved with using woocall, such as any viruses, Trojans, internet problems that may occur.  Sina does not promise the product’s safety, precision, timing to be in order at all times.
5.3 Sina does not guarantee the veracity and integrality of exterior links which purpose is providing convenience to users, and Sina hold no liability for the content provide by any page linked by exterior links or any page are not in the charge of Sina.

6. Changing the service, discontinuing it, or changing the service clause.
6.1 If the system needs maintenance, and the service will must be shut down for a while, than Sina will issue a warning.
6.2 If Sina detects that a user has violated the code of conduct, Sina will warn him and terminate his service.
6.3 Sina has the right to terminate all or parts of woocall for maintenance, and will inform the users if anything is put on hold.
6.4 Sina has the right to change any content related to the service, once the service has been altered, Sina will use appropriate means to inform its users.  If user is unhappy with any of the content with woocall, he has the rights to terminate his term of use.

7. Compensation
If during the term of use, a user violates any laws or code of conduct and affects either Sina or any other third party, the user at fault is responsible for paying the compensation.

8. Jurisdiction
8.1 Any problems or controversy listed under the code of conduct will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
8.2 Any problems or controversy that arise between two parties, should first tried to be solved privately on friendly terms.  If that fails, the problem can be brought forth before the Beijing arbitration committee.

9. Notice and transportation
The informing and message sending specified by this code of conduct will be done through public notices or electronic mails.

10. Applying
The users if woocall includes but is not limited to regular users and the partners of woocall and Sina.

Any translation of this Code of Conduct is done for local requirements and in the event of a dispute between the Chinese and any non-Chinese versions, the Chinese version of Code of Conduct shall govern.
